Orders

I did not receive a confirmation mail. What now?

Please check your spam folder first. If it is also empty, wait a few minutes and then email us.

Can I change or cancel an existing order?

If the order has not yet been processed, we might be able to change or cancel it.

Returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

Shipping

If you received a track and trace link, you can track your order through that link. Frisco aims to deliver caps within 2 working days.
